This deeply transformative process reveals and resolves hidden dynamics within your family system and soul lineage. By working in a safe, guided space, we uncover patterns, burdens, and unspoken stories that may be influencing your life today — even those carried across generations, and in Karmic constellations, across lifetimes.

How Constellations Work
Group Constellations
In a group setting, participants come together in a shared field of awareness either in person or online through Zoom. When you bring an issue, members of the group are invited to step into the roles of your family members, ancestors, or aspects of your soul system. Guided by me, a constellation unfolds organically through the ‘knowing field’, revealing hidden truths and dynamics that may not be visible in daily life.
Even if you are not the issue holder, being a representative offers profound healing — often touching aspects of your own story and bringing unexpected clarity and release. Group constellations create a sense of shared humanity, compassion, and deep connection.
Individual Constellations
For those who prefer a more private space, individual constellations offer the same depth in a one-to-one setting, either in-person or online. Using different coloured pieces of felt we map out your family or soul system together. This allows the hidden dynamics to reveal themselves in a way that is both safe and deeply personal.
Many people find that individual sessions allow them to go into very focused or sensitive areas of their lives with clarity and support.
Conceptual Constellations
Alongside family and karmic constellations, I also host occasional free, exploratory sessions around cultural concepts, collective themes, and archetypal dynamics. These gatherings offer a way to explore larger patterns in society and consciousness, opening up dialogue, awareness, and healing beyond the personal level.

The Gift of Being a Representative
Participating as a representative is a profound opportunity for healing, insight, and personal growth — even when the constellation is not directly about your own family or soul system. By stepping into the role of another’s family member, ancestor, or aspect of their life, you may discover resonances with your own story.
This can bring clarity to hidden patterns, release unprocessed emotions, and awaken new understanding. Many people find that representing opens the heart, strengthens empathy, and deepens their sense of connection to the human experience.

Constellations typically last 2–3 hours and can be experienced online or in-person (South East UK).
